If your loved one started choking or suffered sudden cardiac arrest, would you know what to do to save their life? The American Red Cross has easy-to-learn first aid, CPR and AED training available for anyone who wants the skills, and the ability, to save lives.

Upcoming classes include:

Infant and Child CPR (full course), March 23, 5:30 to 10 p.m. Fee: $45.

Standard First Aid (full course), March 24, 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fee: $40.
