Three Northwood-Kensett basketball players named all-conference

Three Northwood-Kensett girls’ basketball players were named to the Corn Bowl Conference All-Conference team.

Vikings senior Kate Hartman earned a unanimous selection to the first team after averaging 23.5 points per game and 16.2 rebounds per game. Hartman became Northwood-Kensett’s all-time leading scorer, scored her 1,000th career point and grabbed her 1,000th career rebound in her senior year.

Sophomore Britney Low was named to the Corn Bowl Conference All-Conference second team after averaging 9.1 points per game this season.

Senior Kathy Porter was named all-conference honorable mention. Porter averaged 3.5 points per game and 5.4 rebounds.
