Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Thomas Desmond Donnelly, no address listed, for second-degree driving while intoxicated and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 10:25 p.m. Saturday on Freeborn County Road 45 near I-35 Auto Salvage, according to reports.

 

Damage reported

Damage was reported to the foundation of a garage and a door at 85483 South Island Circle in Hollandale at 10:38 p.m. Sunday, according to reports.

 

Window broken out

The window was reported broken out of the front door of a building at 218 S. Washington Ave. at 11:41 a.m. Sunday, according to reports.

 

2 injured in crash

An injury crash was reported at the intersection of Blake Avenue and East Main Street at 2:49 p.m. Sunday. Initial reports stated two people were transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea. No other information was available as of press time.

 

5 cited for minor consumption

Police cited Robert James Hanson, 20, and Demi Raelynn Trevino, 20, for minor consumption after a reported domestic incident at 2:50 a.m. Saturday at 1904 Bridge Ave., according to reports.

Police cited Jessica Elizabeth Noland, 19, Derric Joseph Alm-Morgan, 18, and Holly Victoria Cole, 19, for minor consumption after police received a call of a suspicious vehicle at 2 a.m. today near the intersection of St. Thomas Avenue and Sheridan Street, reports stated. Alm-Morgan was also cited for underage drinking and driving.

 

Man arrested for shoplifting

Police arrested Alejandro Embales Castro, 47, for theft after he was reportedly found shoplifting from Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.
