Community Action Agency Case Manager Delia Garcia, left, works with Juan Rivera , right, a former Farmland Foods loading dock worker, and his wife Andrea to fill out a monthly needs assessment at St. Theodore’s Catholic Church in Albert Lea Wednesday. Community Action Agency and the Albert Lea Salvation Army combined efforts by setting up a &uot;one-stop shop&uot; at the church to assist unemployed workers meet their immediate needs – rent, utilities payments, food and other necessities. Collette Turcotte of CAA said they will be available for at least the next two weeks. Although the two agencies already have a certain amount of funds to help these people, Turcotte said, they are in need of more donations.
