Trevor Berg, 22, was arrested for a fourth-degree DWI, third-degree test refusal, possession of a small amount of drug paraphernalia and open bottle violation at 3:37 a.m. Sunday near Highway 251 where it intersects Interstate 35, according to reports.

Daniel Schmidt, 23, was cited for possession of a small amount of drugs and paraphernalia.

Patrick Harbacheck, 50, was arrested for a third-degree DWI and possession of a small amount of marijuana at 1:28 a.m. Sunday at James Avenue, according to reports.

 

Fight reported

Shawn Sisneros, 23, was arrested for fifth-degree cocaine possession and Cassandra Willis, 21, was arrested for disorderly conduct after a fight was reported at 2301 E. Main St. around 3 a.m. Saturday.

 

Vehicle reported stolen

A 1995 blue Ford pickup was reported stolen around 6 p.m. Friday at 2340 Hendrickson Road. The vehicle was located at the Mall of America in Bloomington unoccupied, according to reports.

 

Hit and runs reported

A hit-and-run was reported around 5 p.m. Saturday at 800 S. Fourth Ave. in Albert Lea.

Another hit-and-run was reported around 4 p.m. in the Walmart parking lot at 1550 Blake Ave. Friday.

 

Theft reported

A juvenile was held for shoplifting at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave. around 8 p.m. Friday.

 

Counterfeit bills reported

Counterfeit bills were reported at Wells Fargo Bank, 122 E. Main St., at 3 p.m. Friday.
