Silvia Brambila tries to avoid some of the sun Tuesday as she walks with her daughter Natalie Brambila, 5, up Elizabeth Avenue in Albert Lea. The sun shone bright all day and the temperature tied the all-time record for the day. The high was 91 degrees, which was also reached in 1998.
