Citizens of Freeborn County begin a tour of the Capitol building in St. Paul Thursday in the building’s rotunda. For Freeborn County Day the group spent several hours at the Capitol visiting Rep. Dan Dorman, watching him participate in session meetings, meeting other elected officials and touring the building. See related story.
