Children who participated in Saturday’s small and baby animal show at the Freeborn County Fair got a sneak peek into animal shows. Children practiced presenting their animals to the public and answering a judge’s questions. Here, Emma Payne, 6, tells judge Dennis Johnson that the name of her chick is Peeper.
