June Rieple

A memorial service for June F. Rieple will be at 11 a.m. Nov. 22 at Macken Funeral Home in Rochester. The Rev. Carol L. Shaffer will officiate.
Mrs. Rieple, 81, of Rochester, died Monday, Nov. 10, 2008, at Seasons Hospice.
June Bridley was born Sept. 8, 1927, in Albert Lea, and graduated from Albert Lea High School. She married, moved to Rochester in 1957 and began to rear her family. She later divorced, and in 1978 married Ted Rieple. They were married for 20 years. Mr. Rieple, the owner and operator of Ted Rieple Painting and Decorating, preceded her in death. She enjoyed reading and spending time at the cabin by the river, and especially loved the Minnesota Vikings and her many grandchildren.
Survivors include three daughters, Diane Henry of Mesa, Ariz., Linda Acosta of St. Louis, Mo., and Penny Lee (Jim Brown) of New York City; a son, Ted Jr. (Gina) of Evergreen, Colo.; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Dorothy Bridley of Albert Lea.
Friends may call an hour before the service Saturday at Macken Funeral Home.
The family prefers memorials to Seasons Hospice.
