Bruce and Connie Helgeson announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Helgeson, of Rochester, to Andrew Yocum, son of John and Paula Yocum, of Emmons.

Helgeson is from Lake Mills, Iowa. She is a 2000 graduate of Lake Mills Community School and a 2004 graduate of Allen College in Waterloo, Iowa, with a bachelor of science degree in Nursing. Kimberly is employed by Mayo Clinic.

Yocum is a 2000 graduate of Glenville-Emmons High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Wisconsin River Falls with a bachelor of science degree in agriculture business. Andrew is employed by Progressive Insurance.

The couple will be married Sept. 18, 2010, at Salem Lutheran Church in Lake Mills, Iowa.
