Kindler has the right stuff to be sheriff

I saw Bob Kindler come to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office as a patrolman over 23 years ago. It was not long before it was obvious he would be a leader and our go-to guy! When you need help or advice, work-related or personal, you can go to Bob for a well-thought-out answer or course of action.
Bob is very well-trained and educated to be sheriff, but more importantly he has the common sense and ability to communicate and work with people on a personal level.
As the campaign has progressed, a recurring theme by all the candidates is honesty, fairness and morality, or in other words, being ethical. To the employees, this means in work shifts, hours, days off, vacation and promotions. To the public, it means being treated fair, equal and with respect. Returning to these values is a priority for Bob.
Bob has the education and ability to plan and manage the Sheriff’s Office budget of over $5 million, while working to reduce waste. He will do this without the county commissioners having to re-adjust his budget.
Bob Kindler is the best choice for Freeborn County sheriff; talk to anyone who knows Bob like administrators, co-workers, sheriff’s office personnel police personnel, firefighters, medical staff and community leaders. Ask for their honest opinion on who will be the best and most professional sheriff, and you will hear them say Bob Kindler is the one.
I worked over 30 years as a deputy under three different sheriffs, so I feel I can ask for your vote for Bob Kinder on both Aug. 10 and Nov. 2. Thank you.
