Police cited Daniel Lee Balfe, 32, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 11:13 p.m. Monday outside Taco Bell, 122 Bridge Ave.

 

House lock tampered with

A lock in the front of a residence at 630 Larimore Circle was reported tampered with at 5:52 p.m. Monday, according to reports.
