A great victory for all political parties. Finally, we can see on the horizon, an end to capitulations to the right wing ugliness of the Republican Party. Former U.S. Sen. Mark Dayton’s primary win is a giant step toward Minnesota once again leading the nation in education, health care, a great place to retire, optimism, and let me add — a return to former Republican Party Gov. Arne Carlson-style common sense.  Thank you, Sen. Dayton, for running and winning the primary.
