One member received a KOPS 22 year pin. Vange Landoos received a KOPS 18 year pin. Tillie Peterson received a KOPS five year pin.

Shower winners were: fruit, Peggy Indrelie; veggie, Betty Hanson, Shirley Schuste, Frieda Johannsen and Doris Fogal; paper, Elayne Wichmann; coin, Vange Landaas and Vancy Jenson.

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is a nonprofit weight-loss support group. There is no diet plan, but support with others. TOPS Minnesota Chapter 979 meets Thursday mornings at the Albert Lea Senior Center in Skyline Plaza to weigh in and learn about healthy lifestyles.
