I’d like to thank VFW Post 447 for supporting Albert Lea’s Beyond the Yellow Ribbon at its Vietnam breakfast this Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is $7 with $1 going to Beyond the Yellow Ribbon. The money our group receives will go to two groups who are asking for help sending care packages to military personnel overseas. As a Vietnam veteran I’ll enjoy seeing the displays that will be up at the breakfast with photos of local military at our duty stations in Vietnam. Thanks again, and I hope to see you there!
