Driver lost control of Jeep Cherokee
KENSETT, Iowa — A man died Sunday when a sport-utility vehicle rolled over east of Kensett, according to the Iowa State Patrol.
Jedidiah Richard Graham, 26, of Mason City, Iowa, died in a vehicle rollover on 420th Street about three miles east of Kensett at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, according to the Iowa State Patrol.
The patrol’s report lists Jordan C. Graham, 23, Mason City, as the driver of the 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
The report said Graham lost control of the vehicle and it rolled, coming to rest on its top in the ditch. The victim was trapped under the vehicle. Mercy Airlift of Mason City responded.
The rollover remains under investigation.
The Iowa State Patrol was assisted at the accident scene by the Northwood and Kensett fire departments and Worth County Sheriff’s Office. The Jeep was towed to Northwood by Dick’s Place Auto Body.
