The Northwood-Kensett volleyball team traveled to North Iowa on Thursday night as it looked to get its third win of the year.

The Vikings won in three games 25-19, 25-18 and 25-20 to earn a sweep of the Bison and improve their record to 3-2 on the year.

Britney Low and Tessa Bratrud both led Northwood-Kensett with seven kills a piece, while Courtney Eilertson had six kills.

Bratrud also had a great night from the service line as she went 17 for 17 and had eight aces, while Courtney Eilertson went 11 for 11 with four aces on the night.

Courtney Hengesteg led the Vikings with 22 assists.

Northwood-Kensett is in action again next Thursday when they host Rockford.
