The United South Central tennis team dominated Maple River Tuesday, sweeping doubles and winning all but three games at the top three singles spots.
“The girls played very solid,” USC head coach Kim Stevermer said. “Maple River has been a dominant team in our conference and it feels good to get the win.”
Ali Ramsley led the Rebels at No. 1 singles, defeating Becca Hager 6-0, 6-0. Rachel Mattick won 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2 singles and Robin Staloch won 6-0, 6-2 at No. 3 singles.
Like Ramsley, the No. 3 doubles team of Ali Wood and Moncia Bye blanked their opponents 6-0, 6-0.
