Panther boys knock off LCWM

Hunter Eustice led the New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva boys’ basketball team with 19 points Tuesday night as the Panthers defeated Lake Crystal-Wellcome-Memorial 57-40 at the Bethany College Holiday Tournament.

The Panthers (5-2) played strong defense against the Knights, which helped lead them to the victory, said NRHEG head coach Brian Riley.

Evan Ferber scored 13 points for the Panthers and Cory Camerer led the team with 10 rebounds.

NRHEG plays Minnesota Valley Lutheran Wednesday at 8:30 p.m.
