After winning the last two games, the Glenville-Emmons football team looked to extend the streak to three as they traveled to Lanesboro Friday to take on the Burros in a Southeast Conference matchup.

Glenville-Emmons recorded three turnovers, and the Burros raced out to an early 14-0 lead as Lanesboro defeated the Wolverines 29-14.

The field conditions in Lanesboro were difficult after the heavy rains, as the field had some spots with as much as three inches of standing water.
