Bulldog girls win in final seconds against North Iowa

Amanda Lampman’s lay-up as time expired was the difference Friday night for the Lake Mills girls’ basketball team in a 34-33 victory over North Iowa.
The Bulldogs (4-1, 1-0 NIC) had 2.3 seconds remaining for a final shot and had to go the length of the court for the game-winning shot.
Lampman finished with eight points and Lindy Pins went for 18 for Lake Mills.
The Bulldogs trailed 24-19 entering the fourth quarter but erupted for 15 points in the fourth quarter to overtake the Bison in Buffalo Center.
Lake Mills faced West Fork Saturday in Rockwell.
