Every year during Fire Prevention Week, the Albert Lea Fire Department holds a poster contest with fifth-graders from all three elementary schools and St. Theodore’s. First place went to Carine Rofshus, Mrs. Herman’s class, Halverson. Carine’s poster will go on to the state contest.
