The 3M Puckerbrush 5K and kids run will be held on July 14 in Forest City, Iowa.

Both runs will begin at Waldorf College at the front porch of Salveson Hall, 106 S. Sixth Street.

Entrants of the 5K will recieve a T-shirt and the first 100 registered participants are guaranteed a goodie bag.

Awards will be given to the overall open male and female finishers and the Top 2 finishers in eight different age categories.

Participants are encouraged to bring a canned or non-perishable food item to benefit the Forest City Food Bank.

Door prizes will follow the run.

The 5K is $8 for preregistration and $12 on race day. The race will begin at 7:30 a.m.

The kids race will begin at 8:15 a.m. and is for children 12 years old and younger. The cost is $1 and all finishers will receive a medal.
