Murray is honest, smart and works hard

I would like to extend my support for Rich Murray for the Minnesota House of Representatives District 27A. In my dealings with Rich, whether in business, the community or socially, I have found him to be honest, hard-working, intelligent, pragmatic and committed.

One issue that really got my attention was the recent campaign fundraising report from the candidates. Rich Murray took no money from any lobbyists or special interest groups. In contrast, Robin Brown took money from 15 different political action committees (including at least five union PACs and one pro-gambling PAC) and from lobbyists.

It is important that our representative in St. Paul stand up for our district and not have commitments to outside special interest groups. Rich Murray has the experience and demeanor necessary to help solve the budget deficit — in our best interest, not others.
