As a veteran and wife of a soldier who has been deployed to Afghanistan, Kosovo, and soon to be deployed again, I feel I need to make a few comments about the upcoming election.

America means freedom. Free to make choices even when a woman has to make a very difficult one. I don’t want the Republicans to allow the government to stand between her and that extremely difficult choice.

As a slipping member of the middle class, I firmly believe the Democrats represent us, the working class, while the Republicans have their Chamber of Commerce and big business.

Tim Walz is a perfect example of this. He has been there for the vets and active military families time and time again. I know this from a personal situation and am very impressed.

Remember, it took eight years of failed policies from Bush that took us to the brink of disaster. It is going to take time to fix this problem. Let’s keep moving forward. Vote Democrat.
