Five Hampshire pigs were reported missing from 22853 680th Ave., northeast of Alden, at 8:11 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office. The pigs reportedly went missing between June 19 and 25. The case is still under investigation.

 

Man arrested for DWI

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Dennis Wayne Larsen for driving while intoxicated at 8:39 p.m. Wednesday at 800 S. Fourth Ave., according to reports.

 

Items stolen

Items were reported taken from a house at 77834 255th St., northeast of Albert Lea, at 12:14 a.m. today, according to police.

 

Fuel taken

Diesel fuel was reported taken from a semi parked at Dave Syverson Truck Center, 1800 Sorensen Road, at 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, according to police.
