Michael Edwin Lee, 46, 19475 724th Ave., Albert Lea. Open burning. Fined $280.

Sandra Carol Schmidt, 58, 12854 Drake St. N.W., Coon Rapids. Speeding. Fined $220.

Wayne Allen Kampman, 55, 1119 Swanhill Drive, Albert lea. Angling without a license. Fined $130.

The Tribune publishes all convictions that result in $125 or more in fines, jail time or both.
