MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Jon Leuer scored 25 points and Jordan Taylor added 20 as Wisconsin beat Minnesota State-Mankato 93-59 in an exhibition game Wednesday night.

After Jefferson Mason hit a 3-pointer to pull Division II Minnesota State within 20-13, Wisconsin went on an 18-2 run.

Taylor scored 10 points during the spurt and helped cap it by stripping the ball from Minnesota State with it eventually ending up in Leuer’s hands for an alley-oop that made it 38-15.

The Mavericks shot less than 28 percent from the field in the first half, committed 11 turnovers and were outrebounded 17-7.
