The two doctors are Brian Yablon with Physicians for a National Health Program and Amy Lange of the Minnesota Universal Health Care Coalition.

A news release about the event states: “There are those who hear the voices and see the faces of people in need and yet they choose to turn away. This is truly awful. Fifty thousand people die every year in our country, due to lack of health care, and this is like a plane crashing every week. Most of us don’t even realize that we are on that plane! We can stop this!”
