Church sign damaged

Damage was reported to the sign in front of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 320 W. College St., at 1:48 p.m. Tuesday, according to police.

A woman came to the Law Enforcement Center at midnight Tuesday to speak with police about a suspicious man she saw while walking at Shoff Park earlier in the evening.

According to police, the woman stated the man was in his late 40s, with glasses and blond-brown hair. He reportedly asked the woman if she wanted a sexual relationship. He was driving a black full-size pickup with a topper.

A second suspicious person was reported to police at 4:26 a.m. today.

According to police, a woman on the 1500 block of Frank Hall Drive reported finding a man about 18 years old who was reportedly sleeping in her vehicle when she went to leave for work. The woman reportedly screamed at the man, and he took off running.
