Knights overcome slow start, top Superlarks 51-36

Ariel Keller scored 17 points for the second consecutive game as the Alden-Conger Knights girls’ basketball team beat the Grand Meadow Superlarks 51-36.
The Knights (2-0, 1-0 Valley) outscored the Superlarks (0-2, 0-1 Southeast) 26-16 in the second half to notch win No. 2 in the opening week of the season.
Brooke Reyerson scored nine points, Brittany Waters had eight and Taylor Martin added six points.
