The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory for Albert Lea from 9 a.m. until noon Sunday.

Strong winds will result in wind chills up to -30 degrees or colder.

At 8 a.m., the temperature at the Albert Lea Airport was -4 degrees with a wind chill of -25 degrees. Winds from the northwest measured 16mph with gusts of 23 mph.
