Connor Morton had 24 points as the Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton Bulldogs boys’ basketball team defeated the New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva Panthers 55-48 Friday in Janesville.
“They played a 1-2-2 zone tonight that we struggled with tonight,” NRHEG coach Pat Churchill said. “We didn’t make our shots and we were fouling them too much tonight.”
The Bulldogs shot 24 for 32 from the free throw line on the night, compared to only 3 for 8 for NRHEG.
Sam Lundberg led the Panthers with 13 points, while Matt Carlson and Hunter Eustice both had nine points a piece.
