The Conger 4-H Club met July 8 at Frank Hall Park in Albert Lea.  Members and adults were thanked for helping in the food stand at the Jackpot Show. The group discussed buying a picnic table for the new Clover Stand. Members planned to work on the club booth and banner at the Chicos home on July 19 at 6 p.m. Livestock Interviews were July 25 from 2 to 8 p.m. Junior Superintendents met at 6 p.m. July 23. The club planned to do recycling at the fair on Aug. 4 at 11 a.m. The County Fair 4-H newsletter is online. There is a lot of important information in it about projects and judging at the fair.  Project records are due at the September meeting which will be Sept. 9. After the meeting, the club went swimming at the Albert Lea city pool.
