In the next episode of “Uffda Kitchen” Tribune Managing Editor Tim Engstrom makes a stir fry with cod, pasta, black beans, almonds and an array of spices. He, his son and his brother had some cod and decided to scrounge around the kitchen to find the other ingredients.
