In defense of Bob Kindler requesting pay change, he was elected in November, and as a qualified candidate, the people of Freeborn County elected him. His wages were changed Dec. 14th after he was elected. Every one else got a raise and that positions pay was lowered. Maybe this should have happened prior to election, not after.
