Kevin Stoa of Albert Lea, celebrates after winning theIMCA Modified "Race of Champions" at the IMCA Super Nationals held at Boone Speedway in Boone, Iowa on September 7th. Kevin started out front and held off some early challenges on his way to the win. Stoa has won this race two times now.
