The Shell Rock River Watershed District board of managers will hold an emergency meeting at 2 p.m. Friday in the Albert Lea Room of the Freeborn County Government Center.

Members will discuss the possible purchase of a lake dredge and dredging equipment that will be up for auction Monday.

The meeting was called by the chairman of the district on an emergency basis because of the timing of the auction.
