Women’s Health Care Symposium set for Feb. 5

A free event, the “Women’s Health Care Symposium” is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Feb. 5, at Wedgewood Cove.

The symposium is sponsored by Albert Lea Medical Center’s Cardiology and Patient Education departments, the Naeve Health Care Foundation and Merck Pharmaceutical Company.

Sandra Birchem, D.O., ALMC Cardiologist, Mayo Clinic Cardiovascular Division; NHCF trustees; Cathy Klick, R.N., N.P., ALMC Cardiology Department; Karen Gosen, M.D., psychiatrist, ALMC Behavioral Health Department; and Julie Seedorf, Albert Lea Tribune columnist are all scheduled to present.
