Fair promotes healthy living

The Albert Lea Family Y will sponsor its first Community Health Fair Saturday as a part of an ongoing effort to inform and educate the community to adapt healthier lifestyle behaviors.
The fair, which will include free screenings for the public, fitness demonstrations and activities for kids, will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Albert Lea Family Y, located at 2021 W. Main St.
Health, nutrition and community resources will also be available.
