Murray rally on Friday

Freeborn County Republicans will host a rally at 1 p.m. Friday in support of District 27A Rep. Rich Murray at the local GOP headquarters downtown.
House Reps. Bob Gunther, R-Fairmont, and Tony Cornish, R-Vernon Center, will be in attendance to speak about Murray’s record on job creation and public safety in the state. Gunther is the chairman of the Jobs and Economic Development Finance Committee, and Cornish is the chairman
of the House Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy Committee.
Murray has served as vice chairman of the Government Operations and Elections Committee and was appointed to the Transportation Conference Committee in his first term.
The Freeborn County Republican Party headquarters is at 114 N. Broadway Ave.
