The Albert Lea wrestling team placed seventh with 144.5 points at the Minnesota Christmas tournament that took place Friday and Saturday.

St. Michael-Albertville won with a score of 256.5, Apple Valley placed second with a score of 247.5 and Kasson-Mantorville placed third with a score of 245.

There were 36 teams competing in the event.
