Virginia Brewster, 84, Albert Lea

Virginia Brewster passed away on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at her home. She was 84 years old. Private family services are being held.
Virginia was born on Sept. 29, 1928, in Fulda to Andrew and Clara (Lober) Behr. She attended Fulda High School and after graduation, received an associate’s degree in accounting. On Oct. 27, 1951, she was united in marriage to Thomas Brewster in Fulda. Together they raised two daughters.
The two moved to Albert Lea in 1955.
Virginia was a member of First Lutheran Church in Albert Lea. She enjoyed travel, volunteering and gardening.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Clara; and one brother, Duane Behr.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas, of Albert Lea; daughters, Andrea (Michael) Gray of East Long Meadow, Mass., and Shelly (Rick) Harves of Albert Lea; grandchildren, Erika (Jason) Hacker of North Mankato, Tim (Andrea) Harves of Albert Lea, Brook Anderson and fiancé Chris Withers of Albert Lea, Molly (Joel) Walker of Boston and Wyatt Gray of East Long Meadow; great-grandchildren, Brandon, Ryan, Bryn, Ben, Abby, Lucas, Lauren, Lexi and Holland; brother, Luther Behr of Pittsburg, Pa.; sister-in-law Mary Anne Behr of Defiance, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.
Virginia will be loved and missed. Blessed be her memory.
