Wolverines ride 1st half past Cougars 47-43

Kalli Van Ryswyk had 23 points and 11 rebounds Monday as the Glenvill-Emmons Wolverines girls’ basketball team beat Mabel-Canton 47-43 in Mabel.

The Wolverines led by as many as 19 points in the first half and went into the break with a 32-18 lead.

Emily Belshan had 11 points and five rebounds for the Wolverines and Kailey Davis had 10 steals.

The Wolverines play again at 7:15 p.m. tonight against LeRoy-Ostrander in Glenville.
