The Albert Lea wrestling team rebounded from its loss to Owatonna by pummelling Ellsworth 68-6.

The Tigers earned pins in seven of the 14 weight classes, including no losses from the 106-pound weight class through 160.

Beau Johnsrud, Garrett Wangsness, Trevor Westerlund, Dakota Wangsness, Santana Acosta, Tristan Westerlund and Jacob Kunkel won by fall.

Spencer Carstens won by technical fall, Tim Christianson won by decision and Devin Nelson, Derek Samudio and Bany Chan won by forfeit.

In dual action, Albert Lea improved to 17-2 on the season.
