The Albert Lea Parkinson’s disease educational dinner meeting will be at America’s Best Value Inn, 2306 E. Main St., in Albert Lea from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday. This is a complimentary dinner but people must reserve a ticket by calling 1-888-302-7762 by Monday as seats are limited.

Dr. Alireza Yarahmadi, a neurologist at Mercy Neurology Clinic in Mason City will present an update on Parkinson’s disease and Dr. Bryan Klassen, a researcher for Parkinson’s disease with Mayo Clinic in Rochester will present on Parkinson’s research.

This event is sponsored by the American Parkinson’s Disease Association, Allina Health, Teva Pharmaceuticals and Medtronic. It is open to all interested in and affected by the devastating disease of Parkinson’s.
