Marriage is about what children need

If you care about the future of traditional marriage in Minnesota you need to call Gov. Mark Dayton, state Rep. Shannon Savick and state Sen. Dan Sparks immediately and tell them to block any attempts to redefine marriage in Minnesota.
A group called MUFAF — Minnesotans United for All Families — which spent a fortune to defeat the marriage protection amendment in Minnesota last fall, has hired six high-powered lobbyists to pressure our representatives into redefining marriage in Minnesota. Money is pouring into their coffers from New York and the Hollywood left.
Gov. Dayton believes that the defeat of the marriage protection amendment proves that Minnesotans are ready to embrace changing the God-given definition of marriage between one man and one woman, even though the amendment passed in 75 out of 87 counties!
Most fair-minded Minnesotans do not believe that the Legislature should change our law to legalize same sex “marriages.” That being said, we can no longer sit on the sidelines and allow it to happen!
Do not be intimidated by those who wrongly accuse us of being bigots, racists or homophobic. Marriage is not about what adults want, but what children need! The sexual complementarity of having both a mother and a father is vital for the good of children and of society as a whole. Natural law demands it, and God, not government nor even the church, has defined it.
