I find it interesting that President Barack Obama has declared if the sequester goes into effect that the first thing he would cut from the budget is aid to children, families and the elderly. No mention of trimming extra layers of management he has put into government programs or bonuses to these managers. He must believe the only place where we can afford cuts is at the receiving end of the programs and not in the manager level? Have you heard him talk of cutting from the top?
