Fully Rely on God held a Valentine’s Day party at Central Freeborn Lutheran Church Feb. 5 with 32 people attending. Five distinguished members of Pontoppidan Lutheran Church tried to learn how to play Norwegian Bingo.

Pizza, pop and jerky were served followed by 12 games of Norwegian Bingo. No one had a bingo more than twice.

A Valentine’s card was signed by those present, plus those attending church the next day, and then mailed to each of the 15 church members who do not get around much anymore.

Gillian Grippgs, James Amarosa and Caleb Griggs were the door prize winners. Darryl Flim and Bob Hanson were the rigged left over four slices of pizza winmers for the Super Bowl half-time the next day.

It was decided to take part in Lutheran night at the Twins. F.R.O.G. will purchase Twins tickets, rent a bus and sell seats on the bus plus seats at the game.

The evening concluded with socializing after going through the ice cream buffet.
