The Minnesota Department of Transportation is slated to start work on Interstate 90 from state Highway 105 to Mower County Road 19 this month.
MnDOT workers were to reduce Interstate 90 to one lane in each direction starting Monday to smooth the road surface, affecting about 19 miles total. Inclement weather delayed the start. The project will cost about $6.5 million and is expected to wrap up by the end of June.
